    豆渣香饼

    喜欢早晨起来喝浓浓的热豆浆,在家有这份福气,自家打的豆浆,可以每天美滋滋的享受到这温存的滋润,自然也就想到豆浆虑过剩下的豆渣怎么办呢?往往就是到掉,很是有些的浪费。
     
    早就听人说豆渣摊的饼很香,也很营养,恰巧在网上看到一篇专门作豆渣饼的帖子,帖子是如今在坛子里相当大名的丑瓜姐姐,在央台有时也能看到她作的节目,比较淡雅的一个女人,能将厨事的油烟俗气幻化成美食美文,这是一种生活的哲学,个人还是很欣赏的,只是有时会羡慕她这么的好福气,仿佛天到晚没什么事情,就是为着那些的文字和食物。呵呵,不过只要她仍然乐在其中,没有厌倦就是允许的,换作于我,可能又要闹腾着换种生活方式了。
     
    现成的原材料——早上打豆浆剩下的豆渣,现成的菜谱(丑瓜的大作),现成的时间,天时地利人和,呵呵,只有展示下自己的手艺了哦。加鸡蛋、调面糊糊、醒面,最后下油锅煎,过程没有说的轻巧,不过还是顺利完成了。^_^
     
    刚起锅的豆渣饼,外面酥酥的,内里头蓬软,带点豆渣的质感和香味,嘻嘻,再配碗鲍鱼粥(也是废物利用哦,呵呵),朴实,环保的晚饭,吃的杨杨MM也大为开心,hoho~~
     
    材料:豆渣、面粉、鸡蛋、盐、胡椒、小葱
            注:豆渣和面粉比例为2:1
    做法:用小勺把材料搅和均匀成豆渣面糊糊
            锅里放少量色拉油
            油热后,下锅小火慢慢煎熟
    友情提示:豆子一定要作熟,不让会有毒,因此一定要小火将饼饼煎好
